As the British summer unfolds, Sorbet Living invites a softer, slower way of living, where sun-drenched afternoons meet Mediterranean ease. Our new collection is a celebration of alfresco rituals, blending the romance of an English garden with the warmth and charm of coastal Europe.

Butter-soft hues, sun-faded linens and thoughtfully crafted pieces come together to create tables that linger long into golden hour. Designed to move seamlessly between indoors and out, the collection embraces natural textures and an effortless approach to gathering – where styling is simple yet everything feels considered.

Captured at Pythouse Kitchen Garden
To bring the collection to life, we shot at Sprigs restaurant within Pythouse Kitchen Garden, an enchanting 18th-century walled garden nestled in South Wiltshire. Pythouse Kitchen Garden is just a short distance from our new Sorbet Living shop and we’ve become regulars to the restaurant and its stunning grounds, so it felt like a natural extension of our world.

Pythouse is surrounded by seasonal produce and quintessential English greenery; the owners have a deep-rooted connection to the land and embody a way of life that’s grounded and generous. This thoughtful, sustainable approach  – recognised with a Michelin Green Star, awarded to restaurants leading the industry in sustainable practices – along with the beautiful surroundings, made it the perfect setting for our summer story. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for hosting us.

A gardener’s tea

This chapter of the collection captures a ‘gardeners’ tea’, set within the restaurant greenhouse – a moment of pause at the end of a day spent outdoors.

Mindful hours can pass in the garden between beds and borders, tending, trimming, and letting the pace of the day unfold naturally. It can feel productive and restorative, as well as rewarding when your labours produce beautiful flowers and lush greenery.

By late afternoon, the greenhouse becomes a place of rest. Tea is poured into well-loved mugs, cake is sliced and shared and the air feels warm and still. A pause that feels completely earned.

Crafted for summer living

The collection brings together pieces that feel charming and enduring. Our handpainted plates introduce a sense of individuality to the table, each one subtly unique. A jaunty new egg cup feels like a miniature work of art, adding a lightness to even the simplest setting. And our signature sorbet stripe mugs return in fresh seasonal shades – soft, sun-washed tones designed to sit beautifully in both indoor and outdoor settings

Together, these pieces create a table that feels well gathered, and perfect for long lunches, garden teas and spontaneous moments shared.
