Sorbet Living FAQs

All parcels below 2 kilos are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours and parcels over 2 kilos are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or by courier with a 24–48-hour service. If you need your delivery to be guaranteed within 24 hours, please select the Next Day delivery payment option. Free delivery on orders over £100.

You will receive an e mail from Sorbet Living with a tracking number or reference of how your parcel has been sent.

UK Delivery is a flat rate of £4.95.

There is a charge of £8.95 for next working day delivery. All next day deliveries will be sent out the next working day after the day you have ordered.

We deliver internationally expect to the USA. Postage will be calculated at checkout.

Buyers with delivery addresses outside of the UK are responsible for their own import taxes and duties.

We deliver internationally expect to the USA, simply select your destination country on the checkout page and your shipping costs will be calculated. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sorbet Living photographs all our products and seasonal campaigns and we work hard to showcase each piece perfectly for our customers both in imagery and our detailed descriptions. However do bear in mind that many of our items are handmade and may have small variations to the examples on the website.

Where there are specific care instructions, we include these in the product description. Many of our tableware pieces are dishwasher safe but in general it is best to hand wash handmade items for a gentle clean that will protect the lifespan of the items (and care for the environment).

For linen products such as bedding and cushion covers, we recommend a machine wash at 30-40 with no chemical detergents and avoid tumble drying if possible.

Please send an e mail to debbie@sorbetliving.com with your requested changes (such as adding or removing items, updating an address or payment card), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch by sending us an e mail or by requesting a cancellation through your Sorbet Living account. Refunds normally take 5 working days within the stripe system.

Our items are made by artisans with great care, and while we hope you love them as much as we do, we understand there may be occasions when customers wish to make a return. Please return your unused item in the original packaging to our address below within 14 days of receiving it and email us to advise whether you would like a refund or an exchange:
