These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Sometimes in copy and on socials we refer to ‘we’- This means Sorbet Living
When purchasing from Sorbet Living, you will receive an order confirmation from us. You can contact us regarding your order by e mailing debbie@sorbetliving.com or call 01243 783389 or 07703 640670. Please quote the order reference if you contact us.
We will contact you by e mail to notify you when your order is despatched. We normally despatch orders within 2 working days and if there is a stock issue we will contact you also by e mail and advise when a product will be back into stock or provide a refund.
We have only several made to order items. Made to order items are made specifically to order for a specific customer and will be in production shortly after the order is placed. If there is any delay, you will be advised by e mail. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of these products you can only return products which are faulty, or which do not fit their description or meet with your instructions.
All payments are processed in Pounds sterling.
Please send an e mail to debbie@sorbetliving.com with your requested changes (such as adding or removing items, updating an address or payment card), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch by sending us an e mail or by requesting a cancellation through your Sorbet Living account. Refunds normally take 5 working days within the stripe system.
If you wish to return your order, please return your unused item in the original packaging to our address below within 14 days of receiving it and email us to advise whether you would like a refund or an exchange:

We will refund the full amount as soon as possible as well as the return postage costs.
We endeavour to always use the best delivery service to send our items to you and will notify you of how your delivery has been sent ( see our delivery and returns section for a breakdown of delivery costs and services).
