The short month of February can often feel like the longest, as we bundle up against the cold and wish for the spring days ahead. But we see these four weeks as an opportunity to rest and recharge before the busier times, and a chance to spend a little time on yourself in your sanctuary-like home with our bathroom rituals.
Schedule some me time
Put aside an evening a week just for you, with no distractions and your to-do list firmly out of sight. Think of it as your weekly retreat from modern life; just you, a hot bath, and a relaxing wind-down that will hopefully lead to a peaceful night’s sleep.
Set the mood
Create a soothing spa experience in your bathroom with some little details. Soft lighting will help calm your thoughts so leave the overhead lights off and light a candle or two.
