This season, we’re celebrating the timeless pieces that can turn everyday rituals into something a little more special.
Each piece in our summer collection tells a story. You can see it in the subtle sweeps of the glaze, the gentle taper of a cup’s rim, or the way a plate feels just a little warmer, weightier and more present than something mass-produced. They’re not showy but they have a captivating presence in their simplicity.
Our tableware lends itself to relaxed, open air meals. By choosing a few handmade, standout pieces you can plate up a garden lunch with slices of homemade cake or lay out a spread of seasonal nibbles on ceramics that embrace the alfresco theme. We love a rustic quiche served from a wide, low bowl onto mismatched plates that somehow belong together. With this in mind, our palette is hushed and elegant. White and off white bring a lift to the tablescape, feeling clean and fresh without looking stark. This season we add wavy blush stripes to bring a soft contrast, giving a nod to our summer linen and the English fruits of the season.
