September is here, bringing softer light and the first signs of cooler days. As much as we love summer, autumn is one of our favourite seasons – a time when the air shifts, the evenings shorten and rituals at home take on a new rhythm.
Our Autumn collection is designed to carry us from harvest suppers to candlelit gatherings. These are timeless pieces that hold meaning: objects that create space, slow the pace, and bring warmth to both home and heart.
As days draw in, dining takes on a slower, more intentional rhythm. The table becomes a place of comfort and connection, layered with soft textures, earthy ceramics, and the glow of candlelight. The scent of something baked mingling with rich coffee sets the tone for gatherings that feel both easy and special.
At the heart of these moments are the vessels we choose. Sorbet Living ceramics are crafted with care – earthy glazes, organic forms and a durability that suits both everyday rituals and special milestones. This season, we’re bringing together timeless tableware with thoughtful decorative accents; pieces designed to complement one another and create a table that feels both effortless and considered.
Our textiles, too, bring depth and softness: weighty linens and crisp cottons with subtle patterns designed to catch the light and frame each meal with a sense of occasion.
The transition from late summer into autumn is a season of small rituals. Blackberry pies, jars of ruby-red preserves, and sloes bottled for the months ahead remind us of abundance, while cooler evenings invite gentle preparation.
This autumn also marks a new chapter for Sorbet Living as we prepare to open our shop in Shaftesbury; a space we’ve dreamed of since launching our brand and an opportunity to bring our collections to life and share them with our community.
We’ll be sharing more about the collection, and our shop launch, in the weeks ahead, but for now we invite you to embrace the beauty of these in-between days: to gather, to savour, and to be present in the season of change.
