Handmade Willow Basket

A classic Handmade Willow Basket, made in West Sussex for Sorbet Living by Catherine Beaumont in the South Downs. A robust, great sized basket, hand woven from Dicky Meadows and Brittany Green willow. The basket is perfect for bottles because of the height but also great for small picnics or vegetable storage. An object of beauty, it will also last a lifetime.

Dimensions: height of basket, width of opening 18cm, handle height 12cm from top of opening. Leave your basket out in the summer rain once a year to wash it and dry thoroughly. The willow will fade in continuous strong sunlight but this will not affect it’s strength.
